The store is all about opening-up a window to the wildlife that surrounds us.  We are born and raised Angelinos who have spent countless years exploring our wild areas.  Bring us your wildlife question, and you will get an educated answer.

We want to thank everyone who came to the store to learn more about the 101 Wildlife Crossing at Liberty Canyon.  Beth Pratt, California Director of National Wildlife Federation, gave such a wonderful talk!  Safety from the freeway, enhancing genetic diversity, and increased habitat for local animals are the main objectives for this project. Wild Wings store events are held throughout the year and include guest speakers, rescued native wildlife and petting zoos for the little (and big!) kids.

Wild Wings leads bird walks once a month at different birding hotspots throughout the Los Angeles area. Migration patterns and time of year dictates where we bring our bird watching guests.  The bird walks range from easy two-hour local park strolls to wilderness nighttime owl-prowls.  All levels of birders are represented and all are welcome on these pleasurable outings.
